Brought to you by the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority.
Vol.
2, No. 12
Have
an opinion? The Port Authority wants to
hear it. The 2004 Customer Satisfaction
Survey seeks on-site personnel’s views of customer service, facilities,
maintenance, and demographics. Like the 2003
survey, the results will be used for prioritizing capital projects, adjusting
maintenance activities, and improving customer service. Last year, the survey results caused the Port
Authority to improve snow removal efforts, accelerate certain capital projects,
and increase outreach efforts. The
survey began May 5 and will end May 18th. Results will be shown online.

TARGET NEWS IS NEWS FROM THE BASE, FOR THE BASE
One of the prominent features of the new
OnTheBase.com website is Base-focused news.
For anyone who remembers On Target
during the Newark AFB days, this is the new real-time, electronic version. On-Base tenants are able to post news items,
including photos, for immediate display online.
Bionetics, for example, posted a report on
their Bring Your Child To
Work Day activities. A recent property
management event hosted by DCMA was also posted.

Today:
A story posted to On Target
News today details the first of “The Base” logos going up on the COATC signage. See the photo at http://OnTheBase.com/cgi-bin/news.pl.
Another new feature to OnTheBase.com is a weekly
column from the Port Authority. Look weekly
for guest columns or a column from Port Authority Director Rick Platt. The column feature is a way to explore, in
more depth, some of the topics of interest to on-Base personnel.
