         PORT AUTHORITY MONTHLY BOARD MEETING CANCELLED

HEATH, OHIO –  The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority has 
cancelled its regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors 
originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at 3:30 p.m.  

The next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December
9, 2003.
