           PORT AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES PERSONNEL CHANGES

HEATH, OHIO -- The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority 
today announced personnel changes brought about by a reorganization 
plan recently approved by the Board of Directors.  Dana Logan has 
been named Financial Officer and Bruce Boylan has been named 
Senior Manager, Facilities.

     Logan first joined the Port Authority in 1998, serving in the 
financial office, and had served as Acting Financial Officer 
since May.  The Financial Officer is responsible for the fiscal 
and administrative functions of the Port Authority.  Logan is a 
1986 graduate of Utica Senior High School and Licking County JVS.  
She currently resides in Hanover.

     Boylan, currently Facilities Manager, joined the Port Authority at 
its inception in 1996.  The new position reflects increased 
responsibilities in the overall management and operation of the 
Port Authority and its facilities.  Boylan, a native of Newark, 
is a graduate of Ohio University.  He resides with his family in 
Reynoldsburg.

     The Port Authority owns and manages the Central Ohio 
Aerospace and Technology Center, the former Newark Air Force Base.
