         PORT AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING CHANGE ANNOUNCED

HEATH, OHIO –  The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority has 
rescheduled its regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors 
for Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 3:30 p.m.  The meeting had 
been scheduled for Tuesday, September 9.
 
The Board of Directors consists of nine members, three appointed 
by each of the creating subdivisions (City of Heath, City of 
Newark, and Licking County Commissioners).  The Port Authority 
owns and manages the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center, 
the former Newark Air Force Base.
