        SPECIAL PORT AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING ANNOUNCED

HEATH, OHIO –  The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority has 
scheduled a special meeting of the Board of Directors for Friday, 
May 30, 2003 at 3:30 p.m.  The Board is expected to immediately 
convene an executive session to discuss personnel matters.
 
The Board of Directors consists of nine members, three appointed 
by each of the creating subdivisions (City of Heath, City of 
Newark, and Licking County Commissioners).  The Port Authority 
owns and manages the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center, 
the former Newark Air Force Base.
