South Side Fence Installation
COMPLETE
This project involved the installation of 1,400′ of security fence on the south property line. New culverts were added to raise the grade for the fence. This new fence allows for a secure perimeter along the south side of the Boeing Building. The fence was installed by A and B Fence and the culverts were done by Layton Excavating.
Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade
COMPLETE
The modernization of 145 outdoor light fixtures on the COATC Campus is now complete. This project included the upgrade of the fixtures to energy saving & brighter LED lights. Claypool Electric was awarded the contract of the now completed work.
Window Installation
COMPLETE
The Port Authority Administrative Office Building has seen an increase in natural lighting with the addition of 5 new windows installed in offices and meeting areas. Claggett & Sons completed this project.
South Side Storm Water Improvement
COMPLETE
This project will saw improvements to the south side of the COATC Campus storm water system. This project helps with drainage in this area. Layton Excavating completed this project.
Roofing Replacements
COMPLETE
The replacement of three roof section (sections H, Q & R) on the south side of the Boeing Building is complete. Holland Roofing is the contractor that perfomed the work.
Roof Replacement
COMPLETE
The roof on Building 125 was replaced with new EPDM roofing material in 2Q 2021. Holland Roofing finished this project..
Gazebos Repair
COMPLETE
The major repair of four gazebos outside of the Boeing Building has been completed. Claggett & Sons fabricated metal parts that were installed as part of the work. Coleman and Sons completed the painting.
Force Lab Equipment
COMPLETE
The installation of specialized equipment in the newly constructed Force Lab. The lab is operated by Bionetics Corporation.
