Patchwork to the west parking lot asphalt was completed in November. Armor Paving was the contractor.
Security Fence
COMPLETE
The replacement of the wood fence along the east side of the Boeing Building with a campus-standard black chainlink metal fence. A&B Fence is the company installing the fence.
Roof Access Stair Towers
COMPLETE
This project consisted of the construction of two roof access stair towers on the Boeing Building on the COATC Campus. The work included tower designs, foundation excavation, foundation concrete footers, steel work, and painting.
20K Sq. Ft. Spec Building
COMPLETE
A 20,000 sq. ft. spec building was erected on a 5+/- acre site on the South Campus of the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center. The building was built with two recessed dock doors, a drive-in door, and is expandable to 40,000 sq. ft. It was leased November 2020.
Port Authority Office Refresh
COMPLETE
New flooring, lights, and paint for the Port Authority administrative offices were completed for the first time in 20 years, including upgrade of coworking space for transitioning new tenants.
Gathered Foods Building
COMPLETE
Completion of construction of a 41,000 sq. ft. building for Gathered Foods was completed 2Q 2020. Gathered Foods produces their Good Catch Foods product in the facility. Southgate Corporation was the shell building developer on this project.
Nature’s One Building
COMPLETE
Construction of a 91,000 sq. ft. building for Nature’s One was completed in 1Q 2020. Nature’s One began production of their organic baby formula product out of the new facility in 2Q 2020.
