The project consists of the construction of a production line and office build-out. GB Food produces a non-GMO protein additive ingredient for plant-based foods.
Marquee Replacement
COMPLETE
This project consisted of the replacement of the marquees located on the west and east entrances to the COATC Campus. Kessler Sign Company completed this contract.
911 Center Monopole

This project consists of the installation of a new monopole behind Homestead Brewery for the new 911 Center.
West Side Security Fence
COMPLETE
The purpose of this project is to improve security and control traffic on the west entrance of the COATC Campus. The project includes the installation of a bi-fold gate system. A & B Fence was awarded this contract.
