The Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority maintains a 10-year capital plan forecasting its future capital needs for real property and equipment.

10-Year Capital Plan – 2024 Update

On April 9, 2024, the Port Authority Board of Directors accepted the 2024 update to the port authority’s 10-year capital plan.  The plan forecasts $63.9 million in capital improvements (inflation adjusted) through the year 2035.
