All-Base United Way Fundraiser
An All-Base campaign to raise funds for United Way ended October 22nd with sales goals met. The on-Base organizations participating in this benefit included Boeing, Bionetics, BAE Systems, the Heath Rec Center, and the Port Authority. AFMETCAL joined in under the Combined Federal Campaign. Also assisting with sales were long-time Base allies including the Licking County chapter of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) and the Hopewell Federal Credit Union.

The items were received in late November and distribution to the buyers has begun. A very limited supply of extras was ordered for last-minute buyers.

A Cat’s Meow commemorative depicting a view of the west side of the COATC Base Campus was designed. The piece captured a perspective view of the Base circa Summer 2004.

Team captains will be notified when the pieces are in from Cat's Meow and ready to be handed out to the buyer's.

All the net proceeds will go to the Licking County United Way to help them meet their annual giving goals.
