Horton BUilding Annex Facade
This project consists of the construction of a new entrance fašade and sidewalk on the west side of the Horton Building Annex. Project Construction Company was awarded this contract.
Building Site Pad
This project consists of the development of a site pad for a new 20k sq. ft. building on the northeast corner of the Base Campus. LAW General Contracting was awarded this contract.
New Gas Service Line for Boeing Building
Houston Plumbing and Heating was awarded the contract to install new gas service lines on the east side of the Boeing Building.
Force Lab Addition
The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building space including foundations, mechanical, electrical items and portions of the existing building for construction of a new addition including all mechanical, electrical, elevator and crane on a new mezzanine. Claggett & Sons Inc. was awarded this contract.
911 Center Buildout
The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building interior finishes. New walls, doors, cabinets, electrical, HVAC and finishes. Shumaker Construction, Ltd. was awarded this contract.
Rec Center Demolition
This project consists of demolition and removal of the former Heath Community Recreation Center. Law General Contracting was awarded this contract.
Southeast Entrance Concrete Repair
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the concrete. The entrance will be closed during construction. The project will be completed by Shumaker Construction.
