Force Lab Addition
UNDERWAY

The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building space including foundations, mechanical, electrical items and portions of the existing building for construction of a new addition including all mechanical, electrical, elevator and crane on a new mezzanine. Claggett & Sons Inc. was awarded this contract.



911 Center Buildout
UNDERWAY

The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building interior finishes. New walls, doors, cabinets, electrical, HVAC and finishes. Shumaker Construction, Ltd. was awarded this contract.


GB Food
UNDERWAY

The project consists of the construction of a production line and office build-out. GB Food will be producing a non-GMO protein additive ingredient for plant-based foods.


SeaCo Building
UNDERWAY

The project consists of the construction of a 41,000 sq. ft. building for SeaCo. SeaCo expects to produce their Good Catch Foods product in the facility. Southgate Corporation is the contractor on this project.


Nature's One Building
UNDERWAY

The project consists of the construction of a 75,000 sq. ft. building for Nature's One. Nature's One will produce their organic baby formula product out of the new facility.


Marquee Replacement
COMPLETE

This project consisted of the replacement of the marquees located on the west and east entrances to the COATC Campus. Kessler Sign Company completed this contract.


911 Center Monopole
COMPLETE

This project consists of the installation of a new monopole behind Homestead Brewery for the new 911 Center.


West Side Security Fence
COMPLETE

The purpose of this project is to improve security and control traffic on the west entrance of the COATC Campus. The project includes the installation of a bi-fold gate system. A & B Fence was awarded this contract.
