20k Sq. Ft. Spec Building
A 20,000 sq. ft. spec building will be erected on a 5+/- acre site on the South Campus of the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center. The building will have two recessed dock doors, a drive-in door, and will be expandable to 40,000 sq. ft. It will be available for lease early 2020.
Force Lab Addition
The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building space including foundations, mechanical, electrical items and portions of the existing building for construction of a new addition including all mechanical, electrical, elevator and crane on a new mezzanine. Claggett & Sons Inc. expects to complete the building July 2019.
The project consists of the construction of a 41,000 sq. ft. building for SeaCo. SeaCo expects to produce their Good Catch Foods product in the facility. Southgate Corporation is the contractor on this project.
Nature's One Building
The project consists of the construction of a 75,000 sq. ft. building for Nature's One. Nature's One will produce their organic baby formula product out of the new facility.
911 Center Buildout
The project consists of the construction and demolition of existing building interior finishes. New walls, doors, cabinets, electrical, HVAC and finishes. Shumaker Construction, Ltd. was the contractor.
The project consists of the construction of a production line and office build-out. GB Food produces a non-GMO protein additive ingredient for plant-based foods.
