PORT AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES NEW PROJECT MANAGER
HEATH, OHIO – Clarence Cottrell has been named Project Manager with the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority. Cottrell recently started with the Port Authority in a position responsible for project management, on-site facilities, and construction supervision.
Cottrell comes to the Port Authority having worked with Licking County government since 2006. The Project Manager is responsible for managing Port Authority projects, including construction and other capital projects; maintaining on-site facilities; and coordinating the work of facility service providers. He is involved in the community through the Licking County Family YMCA. The Heath and Licking County JVS graduate resides in Heath with his wife and two children.
The Port Authority owns and manages the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center in Heath and is the largest self-sustaining port authority in Ohio. For more information, visit the Port Authority’s web site at hnlcpa.com.
