Caucus
The Port Authority maintains a caucus of informed supporters among federal, state, and local officials.

The Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center (COATC) needs to engage and inform public officials at the federal, state, and local level in order to sustain the critical mission and economic impact into the future.

V.I.P. visits are a regular part of the Port Authority's caucus-building strategy. Recent visits (in order of recency) include:

Ohio Aerospace Day 2008
May 7, 2008 saw a public-private group spend a day in the state capitol, as part of Ohio Aerospace Day. Meetings with Senator Schaffer, Representative Hottinger, and Representative Dodd were part of a series of state-level events.

On August 29, 2006 a series of briefings was held with staff of various federal and state officials.
